What does this measure represent?
This measure represents the user's compliance with the sleep schedule.
Why is it important?
Your body's biological clock is set on the bedtime and sunrise times. Thus, falling asleep and waking up at fixed times, even during holidays, allows you not to disturb this clock.
How is this measure calculated?
Your note of respect for the planning is good when you go to bed and you get up at schedules close to those set in the schedule. The further you go, the more degraded your note is.
Specifically, the maximum score is obtained when the user goes to bed less than 1/4 of an hour before/after the set sleep time and gets up less than 15 minutes before / after the set time. set up.
> As part of the Sleep Restructuring program
In the Bed Time Restriction Period (as part of the Sleep restructuring program only), the calculation mode is changed. The important thing is to sleep between the two set times and not to exceed them. So, going to sleep later than the set sleep time, or getting up earlier than the set wake up time does not impact the note!
Specifically, the maximum score is obtained when the user goes to bed less than 1/4 of an hour before the set sleep time and gets up less than 1/4 of an hour after the set wake up time.
