Reminiscence is a vocal track belonging to the field visualization techniques or mental imagery. The aim is to reduce stress and anxiety to reinforce your general well-being. Follow the voice as it helps you gently sink back into a happy memory, using your memory and imagination.

Implication level: very low, just listen to the voice.

Duration: 20 minutes

1. Select Reminiscence.

2. Pick an ambiance that will be played in background.

3. Reminescence will stop after 20 minutes or if you fall asleep before the end of the exercise.
