Calming is a vocal track that uses mental imagery, and sophrology in general, to help you sink into a state of intense relaxation. Let go and allow yourself to follow the voice. Your stress and tension will be eased as your mind and body are guided towards the desired state of calm.

1. Select Calming.
2. Add an ambiance to calming.
3. The vocal track will stop after 20 minutes or if you fall asleep before the end of the exercise.
