Mind Palace is a classic visualization technique used in sophrology to reduce stress and anxiety. This vocal track aims to help you imagine, down to the smallest detail, a physical place of your choosing, a place where you feel particularly calm, relaxed and safe.

Implication level: very low, just listen to the voice.

Duration: 20 minutes

1. Select Mind Palace.

2. Pick an ambiance that will be played in background.

3. Mind Palace will stop after 20 minutes or if you fall asleep before the end of the exercise.
