The headband does not charge

If your band seems not to charge anymore, please follow these steps : 

Test your charger with another functional micro-usb device (an Android phone, or a Bluetooth speaker for example)

  • If this one recharges another system well then you can proceed to the next step.
  • If it does not recharge any other system, your charger is defective, contact the support team.

Try charging your headband with another functional micro-usb charger (charger for an Android phone, or a Bluetooth speaker for example). Be careful, make sure you use a fairly powerful charger (5V and >1A).

If your headband still does not charge, contact the support team.
