About the program
Sleep rituals allow us to do several things:
- Fall asleep more easily.
- Switch our brains into ‘sleep mode’.
- Avoid exciting or stimulating activities before bedtime
- Relax and handle stress better.
Who’s it for?
The Rituals program is for everyone who wants to understand the mechanisms behind our daily habits and how to use them in order to sleep better.
How long does it last?
The program lasts for 13 nights and is broken down into 3 phases:
- Educational phase
- Evening routines (getting ready for the next day, sleep hygiene, relaxation)
- Morning routines.
Throughout the program, you’ll have the chance to follow one or more sleep routines complete with road sheets to fill out. At the end of the program, you can decide which routine(s) you want to continue.
Tracking and progress
You can follow your progress in the Rituals program in-app (from the Programs part of the ME section). You’ll also find information about your chosen routines and roadmaps.
Is it easy?
Following the sleep routines will need a little involvement on your part, but remember they’re there to help you better understand the mechanisms behind rituals and the benefits you can reap from integrating them into your daily life.
