Every day, you’ll find key information about your night and your sleep goals in Coach cards and decks.
Coach cards contain additional information on the night completed. You’ll be able to see information on:
- Falling asleep
- Sleep duration
- Nighttime agitation
- The waking phase
- Any relevant info about your headband
You can open each Coach card by tapping it and give feedback on the usefulness of the information received.
