Understanding your night card

Your night card is located on the HOME section of your app. It displays the key elements of your night, broken down in 3 tabs: Summary, Quality, and Metrics. Scroll down the Home section and find all the previous nights spent with the band.

Summary

Summary tells you how long you actually have
sleep and if your reached your sleep goal.

Quality

Quality tab allows you to assess whether you slept well
based on 5 criteria: Sleep Onset, Agitation, Fragmentation, Deep Sleep, Awakenings. 

Sleep Onset: the closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less time it took to fall asleep. 
Agitation: The closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less restless you have been during the night. 
Fragmentation: The closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less your sleep was fragmented, meaning a lot of changes in your sleep stages. 
Deep sleep: The closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the deeper you have been sleeping during the night. 
Awakenings: the closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less awakenings you had during the night.

Metrics

Metrics reports the keys figures of your night, as
the time to fall asleep, the average heart rate,
the number of nocturnal awakenings, breathing.
