Tells you how long you slept and if you reached your sleep goal.

Quality

Allows you to assess whether you slept well based on 5 criteria. The larger the area of the radar the better!

Sleep Onset: the closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less time it took to fall asleep. 
Agitation: The closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less restless you have been during the night. 
Fragmentation: The closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less your sleep was fragmented, meaning a lot of changes in your sleep stages. 
Deep sleep: The closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the deeper you have been sleeping during the night. 
Awakenings: the closer the tip is to the outside of the circle, the less awakenings you had during the night.
