If Dreem detected structural irregularities or sleep behaviors in the previous stage, you will be redirected to ad hoc programs to restructure it.


Choose your program

The sleep programs each address different problems: chronic insomnia, paradoxical insomnia, anxiety ... Their duration can vary from a few weeks, up to two months for the Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our most advanced program. Using content and exercises tailored to your program, Coach Dreem will educate you, motivate you and accompany you in restructuring your sleep. After this crucial step, it will be time to optimize it.
