Presentation of the program

What is the biological clock, and what are its effects on sleep? What is the optimal temperature to help fall asleep? When should I exercise to sleep well at night? If you are interested in these questions, you are in the right place!

Who is it intended to?

This program is for all those who are curious, who wish to better understand their sleep and to re-appropriate the actions of everyday life, to lead them to a peaceful sleep.

Course of the program


The 12-day program will look at the various mechanisms that affect your sleep and the associated good practices to find better nights:

  • Remedies to sleep disorders

Tracking and progress

Every morning, you will receive a questionnaire relating to each of the concepts mentioned below. Once the program is complete, you will receive a summary of your program and the answers you have provided throughout these 12 days.

Level of involvement

If you do not expect strong actions from you over the duration of the program, be sure to follow the concepts in order to integrate them into your sleep routines.
