Tracking and progress

Every morning, you will receive a questionnaire relating to each of the concepts mentioned above. Once the program is complete, you will receive a summary of your program and the answers you have provided throughout the 12 days.

Is it easy?

If you’re not sure you’re going to be able to follow the program completely, don’t worry, you can still integrate the main concepts into your sleep routine.
