At the end of the report, you will be redirected to either a Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program or an alternative program (Sleep Basics, Sleep Regain, etc.).
Please note that during this period, nap function, relaxation exercises and stimulation are not yet active. The goal here is to evaluate your sleep as it is!
