How to: Make sure my headband is updated

In order to work optimally, your Dreem Band needs to have the latest firmware version available. To check the latest available version, please see Recent firmware updates.

Please note: This step is necessary when using your headband for the first time.

Here’s how to update your headband:

  1. Make sure you have set up your Wi-Fi network
  2. Plug your headband in a room close enough to your Wi-Fi terminal. If you are using your headband for the first time, leave your headband to charge for 2 hours. 
  3. Check that your headband is up to date by visiting the DREEM section of your app and consulting the firmware version (DREEM>HEADBAND>SETTINGS).
