In order for your headband to work efficiently, your Dreem band must have the most recent firmware. To view the latest firmware version available please see our Recent firmware updates.
If you are using your headband for the first time please note that your firmware must be up to date prior to usage.
- Confirm that your Wi-fi network has been set up.
- Plug your headband in as close to your router as possible, if you are using your headband for the first time we recommend charging your headband for 2 hours prior to using it.
- You can confirm that your headband is up to date by visiting the DREEM section of your app and consulting the firmware version (DREEM>HEADBAND>SETTINGS).
