How can I reach support service?

If you can not find your answer in our help center, you can contact us by sending us a message via the Help Center and in the Dreem application, by clicking on the question mark located on the Home page. We usually answer within 24 hours.

The support team is not reachable directly by phone but you have the possibility after a first night with the headband to schedule a phone appointment. The support team will call you back at the time you specified.
