How do I know that Dreem is effective for me?

  • Your Sleep Score over the course of a number of weeks is a great indicator of improvements to the quality of your sleep.
  • Your Dreem Boost, the ratio of deep sleep stimuli used during a sleep session to their efficacy, is another strong indicator.
