The band has been designed to track you throughout the entirety of your sleep session without moving around on your head. If you notice upon awakening that it has moved or that it has become lost, please try the following actions :
- Ensure you have consulted our dedicated article "putting your headband on".
- When you go to sleep, you can slightly pull the top arch of your headband backwards, adding more tension to the front band and increase stability.
- If the problem persists, be aware that we have designed elastic reducers that can help you improve the fit of the band. Feel free to contact the support team to get some.
