Refund policy

Should you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of the delivery date you received your package, to request a refund and ship your Dreemband back please contact our customer support team. All return packages received without contacting customer care will not be processed, for additional information regarding our return policy please refer to our terms and conditions.

Please Note: if your shipping address is in North America, a prepaid label will be provided return packages received without a prepaid label will not be processed.

When requesting a refund please provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for the Dreem Coach app
  • Order reference
  • Reason for return 

Please note : 

  • If a label has not been provided you are responsible for fees associated with return shipping.
  • Returns received without contacting customer support will not be processed
  • Your return shipment must include your Dreemband along with all accessories in perfect condition and original packaging to qualify for a refund.
