Refund policy

Although we believe that the Dreem Band will help you solve your sleep problems, it may not suit you. That's why we offer you the opportunity to try it for 30 nights*.

Simply contact our support service through our information center before returning the package.
Note that if your shipping address is in North America, we will send you a return label. We will not proceed any order sent back without a return label.

Please also provide the following information when you contact us:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for the Dreem Coach
  • Order reference
  • Reason for return

Please note :

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • To allow the refund of your purchase, the headband and all additional accessories must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging. 
  • Returns made without contacting the support service first will not be processed.
