Refund policy

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to contact us and return the product. After this 30-day period, you will no longer be able to return your order. You can find more information about our return policy in our General Sales Conditions.

Contact our support service at support@dreem.com before returning the package so that we can send you a return label. We will not process any orders sent back without a return label.

Please also provide the following information when you contact us:

  • Full name and email address used for the Dreem app
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Please note :

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • To allow the refund of your purchase, the headband and all additional accessories must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging. 
  • Returns made without contacting the support service first will not be processed.
