Several reasons may explain that your headband turns off abruptly:
- Your headband doesn't have enough battery. For more informations, visit our dedicated article "Charging Dreem headband".
- Your headband is recording but hasn't received any signal for 1 hour. Ensure that you have properly "put your headband on" to avoid this type of situation.
- Your headband has encountered an unexpected error. Please try to press On/Off button to turn it back on. The indicator light will determine if your headband has enough battery ans is paired with the Dreem app (steady blue indicator light).
