No indicator light

If you don't see any indicator light (LED) when pressing On/Off button, please try the following solutions:

  • Ensure that your headband is fully charged.You can check the battery status on the "DREEM" section of Dreem app. 
  • If you have charged your headband for at least 2h30 hours but still don't see any indicator light, your charger might be defective. 
    • Ensure that your charger works correctly by connecting it to another device, for example.
    • Verify at the same time that you can charge your headband with another compatible charger (let the headband charge for around 1 hour).
  • Try to reboot your headband:
    • Unplug your headband.
    • Push down the button on your headband continuously for 30 seconds.
    • You can then plug back in the headband.

If you're still unable to charge your headband, contact our support service.
