I can't connect to the Dreem app

Important: If you cannot connect to the app, do not create a new account, you will lose the history of your previous nights.

If you are unable to connect to the Dreem app, please try the following steps:

  1. Open the Dreem app.
  2. Press "ALREADY A DREEMER? CONNECT".
  3. Enter your email adress then press "FORGOT PASSWORD?"
  4. You will be redirected to your mailbox. You should have received an email inviting you to reset your password.
  5. Once your new password registered, you can connect to the Dreem app again.

If this operation doesn't work, you can also reset your password by clicking the following link.

Please note that you must be connected to your home Wi-Fi to access the app.
