Headband not responding

If your Dreem Band isn’t responding, you can follow these steps in order to solve this issue as quickly as possible. If you’d like support along the way, just get in touch with us.

Let’s check your headband:

  1. Leave your headband to charge with a working charger for at least 2 hours and then unplug it.
  2. Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds (this forces your headband to switch off). If the LED was on, it should have turned off. If so you can jump to the next step. If the LED was already off, you can jump to the next step too.
  3. Plug your headband into a working charger. It should start up as usual. If it doesn’t, get in touch with our support team directly.

TIP: You can check the battery level of your headband at anytime in the DREEM section of the app.
