How many hours sleep do I need?

There isn’t a universal ‘ideal sleep duration’ that applies to everyone, but rather everybody has their own optimal sleep duration, covering a drastically different biological reality from one individual to another.

This is why Dreem estimates an optimal sleep duration that applies just to you, based on information you provide during your 7 days assessment step as well as the result of your best nights spend with the Dreem Band.

Once this assessment phase is  over, you’ll be prompted to review and set a ‘recommended sleep objective’ in the ME section of your Dreem Coach app.

This objective is ever-evolving depending on your use of the Dreem Band- the more you sleep with it, the more accurate our estimations will become.
