Is there an optimal sleep duration?

There's no universal recommendation for appropriate sleep duration, but rather an optimal sleep duration specific to each, covering a drastically different biological reality from one individual to another.

That's why Dreem estimates your own optimal sleep duration, from informations you provide during your first use, to the results of your best nights spent with the headband.

As soon as your assessment stage is over, you will be prompted to review and set your "Recommended sleep objective" in the ME section of your app.

This is an ever-evolving duration, depending on your own use of the headband : the more you sleep with it, the better Dreem's estimations will be.
