The app indicates that my EEG signal is not sufficient

If the EEG signal quality wasn't good enough, you will see a message, in the "HOME" section of the app, indicating that your sleep cards could not be generated.

Several reasons may explain a bad signal quality:

  • A bad position of the headband on your head. To make sure you are wearing Dreem properly, please visit our dedicated article "Put your Dreem headband on".
  • Sensors from your front band are dirty. Make sure you clean them with a desinfectant swipe every 10 nights to make sure that front sensors can get an optimized signal.
