You have the possibility to do a nap with the app. Just make sure that you've passed the assessment stage to do so. Learn more about assessment stage.
1. Select NAP mode in DREEM section.
2. Choose the right ambiance to relax.
3. Choose if you wish to activate pink noises.
4. Define your nap duration, meaning how long you want to sleep. The band will wake you up once you've reached the targeted amount of time.
5. Define if necessary a back up alarm to wake you up, whether you've slept or not.
6. Once your nap is over, you'll find it once your HOME section, if it is longer than 5 minutes.
