The DREEM section

The DREEM section allows you to prepare each of your sleep sessions. Here you can:

1. Choose your mode: Relaxation, Sleep or Nap.

2. Pick the relaxation exercise if you want to get help falling asleep.

3. Activate Pink Noise.
