The headband has been designed to track your sleep for the entirety of your sleep session without moving around on your head. If you notice that it has moved when you wake up, please try the following actions:
- Take a look at our guide- How to: Put your headband on.
- When you go to sleep, you can gently pull the top arch of your headband backwards, adding more tension to the front band and increasing stability.
- You can also try putting the back elastic reducers on. You’ll find them in the box your Dreem Band came in.
